Shoutout to this roadside hero for reminding people how to drive
We encounter heroes every single day, even if we don't realize it. One such hero: This guy standing on the side of the road holding a homemade sign meant to keep drivers from being the absolute worst.
SEE ALSO:Traffic was so bad in Los Angeles that people ditched their cars and lined up for a food truckLast Friday, @katecartwright shared a video on Twitter of a man on the highway holding up a sign that read: "You have your own turning lane. Do not stop."
"The hero we needed but didn't deserve," wrote @katecartwright. And, really, we can't disagree.

Drivers unaware that they can keep driving through their own individual traffic lanes are extremely frustrating, so we appreciate this guy's gentle-ish reminder.
We salute you, traffic guy. Thanks for doing the hard work.
